There are two breeders I myself know enough to VERY comfortably post, and there is one more that I know a lot of people really liked, though i cannot remember her name.

My Egyptian Uromastyx came from Lindsay Pike, who also has Malis and other types of Uros. His site URL is http://www.urotopia.com/ . I have been repeatedly impressed by his knowledge and caring for the animals.

Doug Dix, of Deer Fern Farms, is also a wonderful choice. I have not purchased a Uro from him, but I would without a second thought. His care sheet and Uro information is pretty much the standard one people refer to. His site URL is http://www.deerfernfarms.com/ .

As you are considering housing for your Uro, bigger is always better, but a minimum size to consider is a 40 gallon breeder tank. I built this tank for my Mali last summer, though my Egyptian currently is living in it.

This was while the glass was still being installed, but the cage had to be occupied (not something I recommend).

Here is the most recent pic I have of the inside cage furniture
