New Rescues

PHNubila Mar 16, 2006 11:15 PM

I received a call from the Humane Society the other day asking for help. Some fellow had died and left behind 27 lizards and they all needed to be rehomed. We drove down and collected the lizards... 4 Cyclura iguanas, 13 monitors, and 9 Tegus. This is the pair of Rhinos. The female seems to be quite docile and easily handled. The male is a bit defensive and needs some work. Both are quite attractive.

Looks like they could use a nail trimming, the male looks depressed. Female has black marks on the backs of the horns -- I photographed some like that in Descubierta, DR. I believe cyclura.com can help out if you are looking to find them a good home. What were the other 2 cyclura ?
