Hey Jake,
All this talk on other forums and little did you know we used to keep several Halmas for a number of years before bowing out of the quest to get some CB babies. I loved those snakes but they made us really work for every small steps of success we had with them. I think we actually recorded the first copluation in captivity...I could be wrong. The only other folks who could have at that time or earlier was the Barkers. And I don't think they ever did.

Yasser...don't they have a particularly "nervous" disposition? My Timors are like that.

so there are no cbs?
i think they are one of the most beuteful snakes ive EVER seen.
if i had lots of time and money id try to breed them in a habitat exactly like the wild with little human contact(until they have bred). do you think that would work?

Worth a shot, but these are the most difficult python specie to get to cooperate to adjust to do anything in captivity, even eat, sometimes.
No CB's, not even any CH's. The only ones you see if you see them are straight WC's.
