a few questions from a new leo owner

bigkahunas4 May 19, 2003 10:46 AM

I recently purchased a normal baby leo ... He always is in his humid hide... is that ok? And how often should he be fed?

Most leos arent very active during the day, since they come out at night and this is completely normal. S/He also might be a little scared from the move, and its even normal for them not to eat for a couple days after the move. As for being fed, in my opinion, babies should be fed daily, but adults do good being fed every other day. Hope This Helps, and good luck with your new gecko

A year (usually breeding age) or maybe 2 years?

My definition of adult would be when they reach around like 8 inches, but then again sometimes theres small guys only reach like 6 inches, so a more appropriate def would be like a year old.
