I know the "peak season" is mid march through april but what I dont know is
when Is it most likely to see them during that period?

Night?
Mid day?
dusk and dawn?

I know during the summer its too hot and they get out at night time but when now?
I'd figure its to cold for them at night right now to be cruising so sunning themselves mid day would be my guess or Crepuscular hours
Thanks for any insight

Two possibilities:

Road cruzing at dusk to 10-11 pm. If you like to hike, I've seen lots in the early morning (Sun-up till 9/10 am) basking in undisturbed desert habitiat.

Good Luck,

Al
