at 7 months she is likely looking to lay. They develop infertile clutches. What are you using for a laying box? It needs to be at least a few incehs deeper than she is long and should be a minimum of about 10" wide. The substrate that I found worked best was a combo of coco-fiber (known as eco-earth, beasty-bed not sure of exact name on the latter) and playsand (NOT regular sand). You can get the sand at home depot for $4.00 for 50lb. Add enough water to make it moist but not drippy wet. Combine them (a bit more sand than fiber) tamp down well (but don't pack it too tight) then use your finger or a stick to see if it will hold a tunnel well. If she is not happy with her site she may not lay and become eggbound. Make sure there are branches/vines for he to easily get to it, but keep the surface open enough so she can choose where she wants to dig.
that said....some keepers find that their chams will dig "test" holes days before laying. My experience was the oppostite. Luna would not go anywhere near her tub until she was ready to dig and lay.
what sort/size of cage is she in?
what are you feeding and supplementing with
UVB light?
water? dripper? mister?
humidity?
etc.??
