What do you think a palp or a trig?

I was told it was a trig from th rperson I bought it from but after seeing the post about how the plates on the back are either scattered or uniformed in rows I don't know. They look all in a row to me.

reason? is there any other reason by looking at the pic that you came to that conclusion? or was it just the ridges?

some times it can be a little difficult to tell which is which when they are babies, but your animal is can be easily recognised just by head shape and coloration

crocodilian species identification can take a trained eye and a lot of experiance at times, other times is pretty easy!
