Sometimes my male eats every day. Most of the time actually.. the only time he doesn't is the day after eating a pinky mouse.. but he's always ready to eat the day after that.. i think it really depends on the gecko. The younger ones can overeat, but typically with any gecko that does overeat, they just regurge whatever they can't digest

my leo Phoenix is a very sparatic feeder...going about every three days without eating, not the usual two. but i do offer him food every other night like i do with my female leo, Beanie. leos can and will overeat if it is their personality so it is best not to feed too much to a fully grown leo or it will quickly become obese.

I feed my adults every other day they seem to eat best this way. They stay nice and fast. Young leos will sometimes gorge themselves and get sick and puke but they usually learn after a bit not to glut
