beardiedude Mar 18, 2006 03:07 PM

Hey guys,

Im contructing a rock background by gluing on pieces of rock to the back. My mian concern is if the glue is toxic or would leach out toxic crap if it got wet or too hot.....What brand of glue do you guys use? Liquid nails?

Im goin to home depot soon so do you think that they would carry the brand you guys reccommednded?

Thanks in advance!

Read the labels. There are quite a few adhesives available. Epoxies are fine once cured. I've used epoxy in cages with no problems. Again, read the labels of the various types to be sure.

The old reliable - silicon aquarium sealant. Once cured (24 hours, no animals in the cage) it is harmless.
