Light for whites

Is it ok if i have a UV light on my frogs tank during the day?

yep, its fine. Nothing has proved that it did any good or bad to the frogs though, its generally thought that they don't really need it. You don't have to keep it on all day, eight to ten hours is more than enough. Really, its great if you have live plants in there, cause the frogs hide all day long and don't come out till night anyways.
