Just wanted to say hi and show off a pic of my snake. I have an 05 creamsicle female named Solaris. So how do you guys get your snakes to hold so still?

I've kept a lot of herps but this is my first snake. I picked a corn because they're rather hardy and come in such nice colors.
There are lots of tricks to use. I think we talked about it not too long ago.
Try having a mouse nearby. Usually the smell will keep them interested in the area.

I'll have to try the mouse trick. She gets so excited when she smells dinner...
Cute cream. Mine is an 05 yellow creamsicle. His name is Frank. Frank is the most docile snake I ever had. I got tons of great pics of him, he is so photogenic. My hubby's blood on the other had is a handful. He never keeps still. Most of the pics of him are a blur. I just suggest to be patient she will probably calm down as she grows up.

Thanks. That's a lovely and very photogenic snake you've got there. Mine's pretty easy to handle she's just always on the go, I'd figured she'd calm down as she got bigger.
