Hey guys, I was browsing the python classifieds, and wondered if anyone could tell me what a "proven pair of screaming Southern Canebrakes" would be. Are these snakes, or lizards? The seller was considering a trade for them. Just goes to show how much I still have to learn about the herp world. LOL! Thanks.

As far as I know canebrakes are rattlesnakes. Wonder why they in the python classifieds?

I assume they were canebrake rattlesnakes (Crotalus horridus). I further assume it was posted in the wrong section by accident since the ad seems to have been removed already...
