Once again YES they are only common boas. ColOmbian True Reds are very rare and commons are the most available boa in herpetoculture. I know its not what you want to hear but its the facts.

True REDTAILS are generally called BOA CONSTRICTOR,CONSTRICTOR(B.C.C.)Your animals look like common BOA CONSTRICTOR,IMPERNATOR.(B.C.I.)They normally max out at 9 ft.Whereas B.C.C. tend to max out at 12.True columbian B.C.C. are rare.TRUE REDTAILS B.C.C. are broken up by regions.Bolivians,Surinams,Peruvians,Guyana's and of course Columbian.

Here's what they might call a true REDTAIL (surinam/guyana region).

your is a BCI as stated. just as there are often many names for something this is one of those situations. common boa, colombian common, common boa constrictor, they are all the same.

Yep what everyone else said. As for them not getting as big, I would not worry about it they will get plenty big if they are females. True redtails tend to grow slower and can have a slimer body to them and BCI's will grow a little faster and tend to fill out more than a BCC. That is not always the case though. If you want an idea on how big they can get just ask eveyone here to post pictures of there big adult BCI's.
