Superworms should only be used as a treat and break in the routine of crickets. For adult dragons I wouldn't offer more than 6-12 worms a week. They can be fattening so too many isn't good and you also don't want them to refuse all other insect/green food.

To feed your dragon, dropping the superworms into a shadow bowl is fine. Just make sure the sides are steep so the worms can't get out. Even if one does escape it's no concern. They will just hide somewhere in the substrate, probably eat any stray greens or pupate and turn into a black beetle. the beetles are ok for dragons to eat but should not be offered as a regular food item due to their hard shells. Young dragons shouldn't be given an opportunity to eat the beetles due to impaction risks.

The superworms can be kept in a small kritter keeper or similar container, partially filled with oatmeal, wheatbran or other flaky grains, or pine/aspen shavings. Fresh greens should be offered to the worms to eat. Pretty much place a couple leaves of the same kind of greens you give your dragons ontop of the 'bedding' and remove any that isn't eaten the following day or every other day. Vegetables can also be offered but be careful to avoid too much as you don't want it to rot or get the bedding overly wet, as this could cause mold to grow. Not sure if the mold will harm the superworms but molding wheat/grains smells very much like fermenting alcohol. A strong alcoholy yeast smell.

The superworms can be kept at room temperature. Don't refrigerate them as this will kill them. But make sure they don't get too hot, as this will kill them too. Room temps around 68-75F are fine. High humidity should also be avoided, try to keep the worms were it doesn't exceed 50-60% humidity else the grains may get too damp and mold.
