Navi's eye problem.....

nymph Mar 20, 2006 01:06 PM

Well her eye looked good then it looked closed again. Last night it looked closed, then it didn't. Could she be just resting her eye, or should I just continue with the refresh tears??? Thanks!!

I don't think I knew you named her...or I just wasn't apying attention :-O How did you come up with it? Does she have an outy-navel? lol!

earlier posts you said it was swollen - is it swollen again? It could be a piece of shed. Try to mist with hot water from above so it land's on her gently. If it is not crusty, oozing, swollen then just keep an eye (haha!) on it for now. You may want to mention it to the breeder again, just to keep them aware that the problem may not have been resolved (not sure what their policy is)

No it is not crusty or anything and looks normal only she closes it sometimes. I will keep and eye on it LOL that was a good one lele. Anyway, we named her after the fairy on Zelda. hehe. my little brothers play video games all the time, and it was cute. I will call the breeder and let them know. I think she will be ok, but it can't hurt. By the way what is the best time to seperate baby chams??

separate from each other? about 3 months from what I understand (never having actually bred).

Navi, Zelda...shows how old and kid-less I am - clueless as to who Zelda even is! lol!!
