I just added this 2004 girl from brandon Osborne to the collection. I got her from Will Kouns (aka ZuesS). Now SEAN start popping out some locale kids so I can get a male!

Nice one, Matt! I will be lurking for those results! How did your trip go? Any herping? That Checkerboard is a doll! Ate with gusto after settling in, and she stares at me while I feed everyone else! Hehe what a joy she is and such a great attitude and awesome feeding response. I highly recommend Matt as a source of awesome specks!

I'm so glad to hear she is settling in great! I know you'll get years of enjoyement out of her, and hopefully a pile of eggs every year!
We had a blast on our trip. We herped some in North Carolina in the Cherokee National Forest and In the Nantahalas. We found boocoodles of salamanders. Many of them were first time finds for me. I have TONS of pics. No snakes though.
Once again, I'm glad she's settling in good. Do you plan on introducing any males to her this year?
We should have another half unrelated Acadia Parish clutch. Same mother, different father.
I may try this male with her but really want to keep the checkerbord look. It will be interesting. I hope you post the sallies on the Field notes forum.

That's a great looking creamy male. They should throw some very nice offspring.
I'll try to gather up the best sally photos and when I have time I'll post a few up.
Thanks Matt, he was a locale saved for the female I lost over the winter. I have another pair but they are 05's and won't be ready for a long time!
