so, mine arrived today. i have a few questions though. where exactly is the best place to place the probe, and what is the best way of attaching it? i have a 5 tub, 41 qt. rack. im using 11" flexwatt. this being a new set up, any suggestions on anything are welcome. thanks very much for your time.

foil tape the probe directly to the flexwatt. adjust the thermostat until you get the tub temps you want.

Tape it directly onto the heat tape in the middle of your rack. You said you have a 5 drawer, so that would be the 3rd tub from top or bottom. Hope this helps.
