I like the wood you've used. Is it birch? Looks nearly flawless.
I'll make one critique about your cage.
You need to have doors, otherwise that cat will just keep getting out!
Nice job! Don't forget to show us the finished pics.

Thanks for replies.. About the wood.. it is Russian Birch and comes in 5x5 sheets for about $29. A guy suggested that I use it on the cage forum and I am 100% happy about that choice and it IS flawless. The only thing is I could only fine ONE shop that sells that type of wood local to me and its about 30 mins away. I have like 5 hardware/wood shops within 10 mins radius. hehe
And yes I plan on putting fold down doors and the bud who is helping me is a graphics artist who makes signs.. we are going to get creative with it. I will surely post pics of done product.
