I wanted to know if there is any kind of snake that I could get that it would be ok to keep multiple snakes in one cage and not have to worry, I have 2 cors and a boa, and I am going to get a 48x18x18 tank here soon, and was hoping to put something in it, but I don't want anything bigger than what I already have. It is not an aqaurium so I couldn't use it as one.....and help would be greatly appreciated.

You could go with Ringneck snakes maybe excluding regals. Umm garters?? maybe. Rough greens are sometimes housed together, but your cage size seemsto small for ringnecks but good for garters or greens.

ask yourself this...what if one snake gets sick? now all of your snakes are sick. what if one snake has a different heat/humidity requirement? now that one is going to have to suffer. what if one snake is territorial or becomes a dominant reptile in the enclosure? now youve got only one snake eating and several other snakes unable to get to the heated area. what if you feed them and one regurges while you were away? which one did it? you dont know. just because your tank can house multiple snakes, that doesnt mean you should.

I don't neessarily plan to do this exactly, I was just curious, I have other options as well I also thought of dividing the cage and getting two mexican milks, or maybe leaving it big putting my ball python in it, then getting another corn or maybe a beauty snake to put in my cage I have the ball python in now, or maybe just getting an adult beardie to put in the big cage

Well, what I'd do would be to cover back, and two sides with that aquarium/vivarium landscape wallpaper stuff, get a bunch of cage furniture so he/she wouldn't feel exposed, and just pick out whichever of your snakes is the most bold and active and put him/her in there.

Just tossing that out there.
