Did you flip the Night snake and Glossy snake?

i found them in the same general area. the glossy was under a sheet of tin and the night was under a peice of wood.

never really tested that out,so i couldn't tell you.but when i used to live in tx years ago, i used to catch them all the time and i kept the larger ones. i was able to keep them with other snakes with no problems.

Mike, I would think they are lizard eaters for the most part when adults and insect/spider eaters when young. I got mine to eat med. gecks.

I was attempting to do some captive studies on night snakes last year but the specimens I had caught the diseases and $hit that were destroying my collection and they died.

I had an adult AZ locale and an adult TX locale. Both went crazy over snakes.... I was just trying to see if it was a normal thing.
