magic mites.....

wisema2297 Mar 23, 2006 12:16 PM

Havn't had any mites show up in 7 years, but some did appear about a month ago and the soaking and cage cleaning hasn't gotten rid of them all though i have to really search to find one now. 7 years ago I still used glass tanks but now that use 41 qt tubs I am hesitant about using the pest strips because I dont feel there is a much vetilation in the tub. Granted this would seem to be more effective at killing the mites but what of the possible consequence to the snake? Has anyone used the strips in the tubs or would it be better to transfer the snake to a glass tank until the mites are eradicated?
