ok thanks for everyone who replied to my previous message...hehe got it to work. ok so he's pretty long...almost as big as i am. 5 feet give or take an inch or 2 and his belly is white which turns to orange then to a deep red all the way to his tail. He's currently "rooming" with my female miami but i have no clue what kind he is... his eyes are almost an orangey-brown. thanks for everything ya'll!!!!

In your first description I think I am reading that the belly is plain white (no checks) and gets more color (red and orange) towards the tail.
Is that the case or is it more or less white but with faded checks. Look closely.
With the brightness you are describing combined and faded checks I would say by the patterning that it is possibly a hypo.
If the belly is lacking in checks then it could possibly be motley but I just don't see that in the patterning.
Hypomelanism can brighten the colors as it difuses the black. Combined with the basically normal patterning and your description of the eyes it just sounds about right for a hypo to me.
