Nigel Sick?

Nighthawk_ Mar 24, 2006 06:26 PM

Ok Nigel has like white powdery residue on his nose in the perfect shape of his nostrils? Could this be the powder you put on his crickets? He's going to the vet tomorrow, but in the mean time could anyone tell me what they think this could be?

Give him a shower and see Reflect the shower head against the wall and position a plant below to catch the bouncing water.

CANADIAN CHAMELEONS

It's likely just excess salt that they naturally secrete through their nostrils. My Veiled adults don't secrete it any longer, but when they were young they did routinely.

I would not worry. Certain water sources have high salt content and this is naturally excreted thru their nostrils. If all else is OK I am sure he is fine. A vet visit may stress him unnecessarily.
