Do only Yellowbellies make Ivories? And is that only going Yellowbelly to Yellowbelly or is there another combo you can use to get the Ivory?

And that is it....YB X YB = Ivory, well at least so far. If some other combo might do it we have not seen it yet.

Each egg from yb X yb should have a 25% chance of being ivory.
Each egg from yb X ivory should have a 50% chance of being ivory.
And each egg from ivory X ivory should have a 100% chance of being ivory.

Basically yb is the visual hets and ivory the homozygous of this co-dominant mutation.

Ralph Davis has a Goblin. He breed the Goblin to a Goblin Marker and got a "Super Goblin" AKA Ivory. You can read more about it on his site.

Goblins are yellow bellies, Its just Ralph named his Goblins way back in the day before yellow bellies were even named, Ralphs line proved to produce Ivorys, so they inturn are Yellow bellies but Ralph is keeping the goblin name for his line. Thanks David
