pvc cage users

hey guys...im gettin one of jims cages....i was wondering those of you who use them...what do you use to monitor the humidity...and if u use one of the regular humidity guages you buy in the pet store...where do u put it for optimal reading....also what substrate do you use...thanx

I use his larger cages for some of my Emeralds and really like them. They seem to hold the humidity better than my wood laminated cages. I don't use a humidity gauge and just spray when i think it needs it.

I also use cypress mulch which holds the humidity well.
