feeding rats/mice???

why do most people reccomend feeding rat pups verse mice? i have a few albinos around 350 grams. thanks all!

Only so that they are already used to eating rats for when they get larger. When you're snake gets bigger it's more efficient to feed it one rat rather then several mice.
