I've been looking at the packaged salads and they all have spinach
Or forget about the mixed greens?
Thanks,
Jeanette

spinach contains high levels of oxalic acid. It binds to the calcium in their diet and can lead to other complications too.
Escarole, dande' greens, turnip greens, pok choy, mustard greens, collard greens, watercress and bean sprouts are good.

i use a mix by Dole called spring greens.. it doesn't contain spinach.. but i learned recently that small amounts of baby spinach is ok.. but yeah i would try the spring mix or somebody said the mediterrian mix was good for beardies as well
hope that helps

Spinach is okay only if fed VERY sparingly. It inhibits the absorption of calcium. I give a couple leaves of spinach every couple of weeks, but don't give it to them daily.
it would be nice if someone made one without spinach
