Club-tailed iguanas are also known as (and more commonly so) spiny-tailed iguanas. There are numerous subspecies, and they vary by size. They range from 3.5 feet (some even 4) to a foot or so. They are "ctenosaura sp.", for example, ctenosaura pectinata, ctenosaura similis, ctenosaura defensor... etc.

Go to the Cyclura/Ctenosaura forum below the iguana forum, there are people who will give you better advice.

Long story short: nearly identical requirement, main differences are diet, size, temperatures/humidity, and temperament.

Google around or visit Melissa Kaplan's website for quick info as well.
