She will have a hide, cave, dishes...what do you recommend for heat???? Is the heater put underneath the tank or buried under paper towels..........please help!!!!

bulbs or heat pads?
well i have never used anysort of bulbs, actually i did once and my gecko HATED it. he never came out and once i took it away he became a lot more active, ate more, and became healthier. this was when i first started. i now hove 23 geckos and 8 eggs on the way. i dont use bulbs anymore.
if you are referring to a heat pad, i use to use zoomed heat pads. i have changed my set ups though and dont need them anymore.

I would recomend useing a UTH (under tank heat pad" Get the size that will fit your tank. Also go to a hardware store and buy a lamp dimmer switch. There are no wires to mess with, you simply plug the UTH into the outlet provided on the switch and that way you can adjust the temps. Especially if your going to use a thin substrate. The UTH alone will get way to hot for your gecko. If your going to buy a good thermostat then there would be no reason to get the dimmer switch but if your not going to get a thermostat a dimmer switch is a must along with a thermometer to keep track of your substrate temps.

Good luck!

P.S. Save yourself some time and money and buy anything except sand as a substrate!! Paper towels or slate works the best!
