ball stoped eating F/T mice

I have had a ball python for about 8 months and iv been feeding it frozen/thowed mice and he would always eat realy good and for some reason he stoped so i tryed to feed it a live mouse and he eat it. I was woundering way he would stop eating dead nice,im prity sher he has always eaten F/T mice.
