Ok.....same or different het??

Is it just me or did i read somewhere that stripe and zig zag are the same het? i went to the reptile expo in richmond, va and bought a het hypo stripe and i was gonna breed it to my hypo zig zag and the dude told me it wouldnt work... helpppppppp

They are different as far as I know. the stripe is a straight line and the zig zag, well, it zig zags down.

in kathy loves book i believe she says that motley and stripe have similiar genetics and when mixed they get a mix of both but she also says that their are a few different strains of stripe and motley.

No it would not work. As far as I know zig-zag isn't a simple recessive trait or at least hasn't been proven. Even if it were recessive it would not be compatable with stripe.
