Well we finally got our ARS rack in, Friday night we were supposed to get it, missed the call from the greyhound who left a message to call before 6pm, we called continuously from 5:30-6:05 and got no answer! Grrrrr!!! Then it came into the other station yesterday and they never called to let us know! So we finally got it today (and will never have anything to do with greyhound again) although if we would have gotten it yesterday or Friday like we were supposed to it would have saved alot of drama. Last night we had an escapee from her temp. tub (somehow she poped the lid off!). Stayed up all night ripping the house apart looking for her, no luck. I know she's here somewhere, but I haven't had an escapee since I was 16 and used duct tape to hold my rubbermaid drawers shut and my SIL fed for me and didn't put the duct tape back (all 6 got out!)LOL. Well I take that back, we did make one mistake last year where we were distracted and left the top off of the enclosure, but she only got to the table the enclosure was on.

Sorry, just frustrated and excited at the same time LOL. Just as a side note, ARS ROCKS! LOL Great rack, great service, great guy!

I saw the ARS racks at Hamburg. I think I could have looked at them all day! the only thing i dont like is that aside from the tubs EVERYTHING is metal. Powdercoated or not at some point im sure itll rust.

Yeah, I definitly love this rack, I will hopefully have a few more in the future, not only because of the rack, but Brian is a great guy and the service was excelent. They had a bad shipment of the base when we ordered, but we mentioned that we had some unexpected additions and needed this pretty promptly and Brian did all he could and got this rack to us ASAP, despite the greyhound mess, which he had no control over. All in all, a great experience. (Now if we could only find this stinkin' escapee! LOL)
