The one may be male, but it doesn't look clear (at least from the pic) yet.

Can't tell you if they're a 1.2 trio or not, but you should really get rid of that substrate, and whatever that is you're feeding them. Listen to what everyone else says here. Put them on dirt, and feed them insects and rodents.
