Ants bad?

Gordonious Mar 28, 2006 01:59 AM

I'm at my beach weekend on spring break and my geckos had to come with because there was no one to feed them at school. We have ants here and it's like unavoidable that some will get in there cage. Not many, I've only see one in there in three days. But will 2-3 ants hurt them? Do you think they will eat them?

im not sure where you are on spring break, but if you are talking about red ants in southern states, it could be a problem. they do bite and do carry venom.

I should have thought to list that, my fault. I'm in Sussex County Delaware near Rehoboth. The ants are small and black. And they never seem to bite or sting when they get on my hands unless I can't feal it.
