I keep seeing it in posts, but can't figure out what it is, any ideas? Also, I went to petco yesterday out of boredom, and the workers there are idiots, the had a dead amel corn in one cage, and all the snakes looked really thin, except the BP's and I notice that one of the BP's had an all white belly that carried up onto the sides, and had some really high blushing with a lot of white...it is maybe 12" long, so who knows if it will stay, but the snake is $79.99...I wish I had the extra money to get him

IMG means Increased Melanin Gene (not sure on the G but pretty possitive on the IM)

IMG = Increased Melanin Gene - they start out looking either very axanthic-ish or normal - their golden color turns a bright pastel looking color and they increase the amount of melanin eventually looking very black in color. Some shed clear - some don't - lots of theories - no one has proven it genetic yet. Etc. Etc. A quick search will probably get you a bunch of photos and a better explanation.
