mouse with a swollen eye

I bought a cuple mice yesterday and one of them has a big swolen eye that cant open.I was wandering if it is infected can it hert my ball python.

I dont think it would. It could be many things, most likely an infection... its all the same to the snake. Now if it got the mouses blood into its own blood, that could be a diff story, but thats unlikely.
