There are a few more, including private breeders. Ed's Fly Meat breeds and sells some darts, as well. Quality Captives, Pumilio.com, come to mind as being reputable. I'd suggest you do a search on the web for dart breeders and ask them some questions. I have had personal frog buying experience with only the two you mentioned, and have had excellent personal service with no complaints. It often depends upon the species you want. One breeder might carry different genera or species that another doesn't. Talk to them all. I've found that any reputable breeder is always friendly and personally accommodating, will contact you about delivery times and any kind of pick up if needed, for air shipments, notify you when they are shipped, and you have to be home or on the pick up site when they are expected. They will all guarantee live delivery of healthy frogs, but after that, you are usually on your own. None will guarantee much after that, since they can't control the way you keep them. Any reliable breeder will replace any shipment that has gone astray due to the shipping servers' error, and re-ship without additional shipping costs to you, if you call them right away. Any honest breeder will do the tracking if a shipment fails to arrive on time. "On time" means the next day, not sitting on some dock in the sun in Ohio for a week, because it has been inadvertently "misdirected." This is fortunately a rare occurrence, and the breeder really takes it in the shorts when it does occur. You need to keep in close contact with the breeder if they don't arrive. I have usually gotten my frogs within 17 hours at most, and this is BF Idaho, way off in the boonies. There was the one bad experience out of many perfect ones, which is why I know so much about shipments being misdirected. The replacement arrived just fine by a different carrier. The breeder took the loss, not his customer.
