This is my 2-day old baby! She is the newest addition to the geckoCore family!

Is the black on the legs normal?

AAaaawww, Congratulations!

Yes the black is normal, it may fade away quick or turn into spots as she grows. There are many hatched with or without them, usually if they don't and it's not a special morph that would be the way to tell if it's High Yellow or Normal.

What are her parents?

The mom is almost all spots.. spots are covering almost 90% of her body she looks black. And the father is a high yellow. Next season I am hoping to breed her to another really dark male.
