Health problems

So I've had my female leopard gecko, Zoey, for about a year now. Shes about two to 2.5 yrs old currently

She hasn't been eating for a few months. She typically stops eating during the winter and starts up again when it gets warm, but it got warmer, and she's still not eating. Whenever I offer her something, anything, she doesn't show any interest whatsoever. I've offered waxworms, mealworms and crickets. I used to feed her mealworms, which she liked. I tried switching her to crix, but she just didn't show interest. So I kept the mealies. I thinkkkk that maybe during the winter when she did eat two or three of the mealworms, she may have gotten impacted, and it still hasn't come out. But I'm not sure. I'm planning on taking her to the vet soon, but I figured that I'd come on here and ask you all first.

I've been trying giving her 15 minute warm water soaks, but it hasn't done anything other than get her agitated and upset. I just don't know what else to do.

I noticed a few times when I check on her, that she is licking her behind. She sometimes twists her belly and theres a quiet crunching sound. What could that be? Plus, one time I saw her trying to lick out a little hard piece of white thing, kind of like urination but much much smaller. So I put her in a warm water soak immediately and it just fell off. Could that have been a sign of possible impaction?

I have a UTH for her tank, and a heat lamp. The tank temp is currenly 73 degrees (night temp), during the day it goes up to 87-88ish. Last week the high temp of the day would be 80, but she still always remained on the warm side, just basking in the heat.. so I upped it. And she still, very rarely goes to the cool side.

Help needed!!

OOPS forgot to mention, substrate is Cage Carpet, and there are no little stray pieces sticking up that she could have consumed.

She used to have a cagemate back in early January, but she always bit her, so I separated them. That was when Zoey stopped eating. The other leopard gecko is fine and has a nice, fat tail. Zoey is frail and has a thin tail.

Calcium powder and water are available in her tank, as well, but I don't think she's been licking the calcium powder, which I know is really really bad.

well first off it sounds to me like your gecko might be too cold. you should try to get the temp up to about 90-92. and is your heat lamp really bright? you know they are nocturnal right, and dont like to be in the light? she may be stressed out if that is the case. OR she may have internal parrasites where you will need to have a stool taken to the vet to be checked. OR #2 you can get some "jump Start" appetite stimulator to try to bring her appetite back. you can buy this online at www.reptilesupply.com. you should have gotten worried a little sooner when you noticed she was getting to thin. you may have a long road to recovery or she may turn arround quick. im sure some other people will have some different advice to help. good luck.
