HI

After the death of my 2 female crested geckos(may they rest in peace) I have an empty 29 and a 20h too. I decided to keep frogs again and ive seen red eyes alot and i was wondering how hard are they to keep. Ive kept green, gray and cuban tree frogs and some whites tree frogs and im not sure how different they are to them. Im still doing research so dont tell me to do any. Also my friend has a 55 i believe that he keeps poison and red eyes together. He says since the poisons are active during the day and the red eyes during the nite they dont bother each other so i wanted to know what yal think about that. and yes i know mixing species is wrong.

thanks

P

I've been researching them alot too for the last couple months. It seems you have experience with frogs in general and although they are fragile I think the care is not that hard.

I think the main things are making sure you're able to keep the temperature and humidity levels consistant before getting them. Also having the tank completely finished so as not to disrupt them by continually changing the tank or accessing it would help too.

I'm attaching a link that has some good info on, though I'm sure like me that you already have many.
