Also if you live in a metripolitan area try a plastic distributer

When you call plastic distributors (try them first, BTW) or sign shops make sure you ask for Expanded PVC or some specific brand.

If you ask for PVC board you may end up with solid PVC which is more flexible and quite HEAVY.

Or maybe you need regular PVC?
