Community Cages

I was wondering if anyone here has made a good size terrarium with the natural herps of your area. I would like to do it with a big rubbermaid tub. What are your experiences with this? If you have done it do you have any pictures? Any feedback is welcome! I would consider keeping garter snakes, green frogs, spring peepers, a painted turtle (baby), many types of salamanders and perhaps other frogs and snakes. For those of you who keep/manage community tanks how do you feed and make sure everyone ate?
Thanks in advance!

i have not done this, but with that list of animals i would think you would need a much larger enclosure than any kind of tub. some of those animals alone would require a large tub themselves (ex. turtle) let alone sharing it and thriving with all the others.

And thats only if your lucky, I do believe half the species you listed will eat eachother. I am thinking you would need about a 5 acer enclosure to be able to keep all those together and they still would have nasty run ins, Remember Garter snakes do eat frogs
