Pics of my new hypo pastel litter part 2

LauraV Apr 01, 2006 10:56 AM

this is the other half. I ended up with 4.3 babies. I think these will all be amazing when their neonate silver disappears. They all ended up with mom's strawberry saddles. But only 1 had her pattern. Two have a bit more silver than the others, but I can still see their strawberry saddles under the silver, so I think in the end they will be just as nice. I think my favorite has to be the mom look-alike though.

That is a lovely litter! It will be really cool watching them change as they go through their first few sheds. That is one of the things I love about babies With them being both hypo and pastel, you are in for a "color roller coaster ride"!!
Congratulations!

At least now I know someone actually looked at the "other" half of the litter.

I do wish I had the room to hang onto more of these. Since I can't repeat the breeding, it makes it so much harder to choose. I just know I'm going to find out a year later that I parted with the best. But, isn't that how it goes so much of the time?

It's amazing how some of these rascals color up later on....some to the point of not even looking like the same snake. Check out the pics Panama Red posted of his yellow female and then look at the baby pics. That's shocking You'll probably look at these close enough, long enough to get your favs picked out, so you won't have to suffer too much seller's remorse.
