Finally got out today with one of my children to one of my favorite spots.

All we found was my favorite central TX species.

Great photo, and look at that smile!!!!!!!!!!!!
Introducing children to the herp world is better than the herps themselfs.
In the last year I had a very bad accident at work. (I was laid up for 12 months) This year I will be able to take some of my kids (8) back into the field for lots of fun and ear to ear smiles!

Awww....she's adorable! It's a good thing that you're doing. I think that kids who are exposed to this kinda stuff at a young age tend to have more respect and appreciation of nature and the enviroment when they're older.
