MBK with my new lense

theperfectlestat Apr 01, 2006 07:44 PM

I just got a new telephoto/macro lense, so I had to take a few shots of my snakes. Here's one of my MBK. I'm still getting the hang of the focusing, since it's very vrey sensitive, but I'm happy with this lense so far.

I've found that photographing black snakes is pretty hard, but softer lighting and dark backdrops seem to help. Anyone else have any tips on photographing black snakes?

what you should do is stop down the lens a little more to get more DOF so it wouldnt be so hard focusing....that's what i usually do with my works(pics from my gallery are all taken by my cellphone....lol....dont judge by those)
