sparklinstarsz88 Apr 02, 2006 10:29 PM

I recently rescued three snakes.. I have an idea of what they are, but am not quite sure. The one from everything I've seen online looks like a snow honduran milk snake (the whiteish one) and the other I really have no idea... please help me figure it out.. and if anyone knows how much they're worth I'm trying to figure that out too. thanks! Email me for the pics... I can't figure out how to put them on here!!! sparklinstarsz888@comcast.net thanks soo much!

First of all, you probably shouldn't think about selling them until you know what they are. (Did you rescue them to sell them? Is that allowed?)
I doubt the snake is a snow honduran. Snow Hondurans are very expensive and they aren't the kind of snake that ends up in a rescue situation.

Try posting some decent photos here and we can tell you that they are. You can upload the photos to the kingsnake.com gallery (gallery.kingsnake.com) for free and then include them in your post. That is much easier than trying to email them to people.

In the absence of photos, you aren't going to get any useful answers.

I'm waiting on the possible snow to come out of hiding she was nippy yesterday b/c she wasn't fed.. so we fed her today and shes hiding.. but I've looked at a few dozen sites and theres nothing else that look relativly close to her.. the snow looks identical in every way to her. I'm not planning on selling them, but I'm interested in more about them, we've delt with boas and pythons, but not milks so I don't know much on them and their market and care.. just interested is all.
thanks for your time,
Michelle

Photo is not the best, but I'd have to say that is a California king. Fairly common, even in that phase.

The 03 picture is a California kingsnake...same as the albino. ~~Greg~~

Hi, email sent and received. You have a normal Cal king, an albino Cal king, and a "normal" Honduran milk it seems. The Hondo pic could be better though.
All are very common and the Honduran may have some hidden genetics that are impossible to figure out without breeding trials.
Hope this helps.
