ball python eating habits??

i have two albinos and a normal male when i put a small rat pup in to feed my albinos are so slow to eat them. most of the time around 20 -40 min when i give anything to my normal he eats in seconds or a minute. he eats all the time and my albinos are not as predictable. anyone can please tell me why? thanks.
