Calming them down

Can Golden Geckos be calmed down at all? So that they are not always trying to get out when you try to open the tank, that you can hold them once in awhile?

Not likely, they're very flighty, more of a "look and enjoy" gecko than one you can handle.

I had one for a couple of years, and when I took him out every day, he eventually calmed down quite a bit. It just depends on how you handle them, and on the individual personality of the animal.
