Do you who keep wc Emeralds ALWAYS treat them for internal parasites? I have 1.1 LTC adults that were supposedly treated 2 years ago but I can't be certain. They're doing fine but I worry about a "bloom" for lack of a better term wherein a seemingly healthy snake can crash in a remarkably short period of time.
I also have a "ltc" sub-adult male that has never been treated but is also doing well. My plan is to get fecals done and go from there but wanted to glean any advice I can.
I've had alot of experience acclimating/treating imported Red Tailed Green Rat Snakes - famous for their parasite loads and have had mixed results -but thats a novel for another Forum!. I'd like to be proactive. Panacure and Flagyll were what I used back then.
