I expect my girl to go blue in the next few weeks, what humidity do you all find you get consistent good sheds with?

I keep the cages at 35 - 50 %. But they all love soaking. I NEVER have a problem with my carpet pythons shedding. I beleive it's because of the soaking.

just spray the cage down a couple times a day while they are shedding. If you can get humidity up to 60% a couple times a day, the snake should shed without problems and probably won't need to soak. If your carpet is soaking all the time, it's probably a clue that the humidity isn't high enough. Good luck, Eric-

I keep my jungle carpets at about 50% on a regular basis by misting once daily. When they're blue, I mist twice, which usually brings it up to about 60 - 65% and I've had no bad sheds.
